We disconnected the gas at our place and needed a relatively quick replacement with a heat pump HWS. John and Christopher were amazing. They turned up exactly when they said they would, wrestled a massive HWS into a very tight spot, hooked it all up and left the place spotless when they finished. I was super impressed. It's hard to find this level of customer service nowadays, especially from tradesmen. Well done and thanks!

EVO270L Heat Pump System - Excellent service Matt from Speedy Hot Water Services came and completed the change over from our very expensive to run LPG Instantaneous Rinnai 26E system with a EVO270L Heat Pump. The unit was installed in 3 hours with hot water up to full temp and fully available and working before he left. heated from cold with-in 2 1/2 hours to 60 deg. Water pressure flow was excellent best we have experienced since moved in 16 years ago. LPG was expensive and not economical at all. With the Heat Pump being run from our solar panels the cost to supply our property with hot water will be negligible. The EVO are manufactured and produced locally in Brisbane Queensland another benefit allowing us to support local industry. from time of quote to installation was 5 days extraordinary as other quote requests I'm still awaiting responses. Well done Speedy Hot Water, you have a happy customer here.

Great service. Quickest, cheapest and most professional hot water specialists in SEQ I've found. Matt arrived next day with a new heat pump unit, going above and beyond on the replacement and rewiring job. These guys have great product knowledge and do very tidy work. Very happy with their work. After getting a couple of quotes for a hot water system I then called Speedy and after speaking with Matt I booked in.He was straight up with what system would suit my needs best and never did I get the "salesman upsell" speech.He takes pride in his work which isn't always easy to come by, the install looks very neat and the EVO 150 is performing brilliantly.My wife and I are very happy with his work and would recommend him highly.

We recently had trouble with our hot water service and John came out on the first visit and it wasn’t our hot water at all it was a metre problem which he fixed until Energex is able to replace. But then my partner fiddled with the thermostat and broke it and this was Friday before Xmas and we didn’t have any hot water (luckily it’s been so hot) but Matt came out Xmas eve in the middle of a storm, all the way from down the coast to Clontarf and replaced the thermostat for us. I couldn’t get over someone coming out Xmas eve. But this was so appreciated by us and he was so helpful. Couldn’t ask for more and would highly recommend Speedy Hit Water Services for anyone who needs! Thank you Matt and John.

We contacted Speedy on Saturday arvo and spoke to a plumber, he said he would come out on Sunday . My husband spoke to I’m on Sunday over the phone just before he was to come out and told him our hot water was now working and we didn’t mind if he came out just to check it out. But the plumber was so honest , said no need to , just give him a call if it happened again. This is the service you expect. The plumber was upfront and honest. If we have any further problems we will definitely be contacting this company. Thank you for for great service.

Matt and Jacob (AKA Zookeeper) did an awesome job replacing the old instantaneous gas system with a new Evoheat. Matt rerouted the gas so we could continue to use the stove and installed a new safety switch in the fuse box. We can now enjoy REAL hot water to the shower on the other side of the house. Everything from the quote from John to the install by Matt and Jacob was hassle-free. Thoroughly recommend Speedy.

Would highly recommend John who was great communicating with, highly professional and did a quality job! We needed to upgrade and relocate our hot water system and John, gave us all our options, excellent advice and we couldn't be more happy with the Evo 270 Heat Pump he eventually installed. Matt and John from Speedy Hot Water are amazing. This is the second time (diff houses) in 5 years I have got them to upgrade my hot water system. Their professionalism and products are seriously amazing. I won’t use anyone else in the future they have business for life. Great te and great prices and work. I seriously recommend them!!

Speedy Hot Water was exactly that. The service was excellent, John took the call and Matt came with a new system the same morning. He did a wonderful job sorting out the old piping and electrical connection and we had hot water within a couple of hours. A really professional job and extremely pleasant as well. The best service I have had from a tradesman in a long time. Definitely recommend them from a very happy customer.

First class advice and workmanship spoke to a few providers of different systems, was about to go with another brand until I read the promuctreviews on the after service. that us when I found Eviheat 270-1 hotwater system, Speedy Hot water Services called me then called around home to inspect my old system, 2 days later I called and on the Friday we had a new Hotter cylinder Evoheat 270-1 installed, switchboard changed, Look how tidy these guys work. Very happy with the results, I still need to get the wifi to work but that's only because the router is too faraway from the system.

My old hot water system was leaking due to subside. The original installer came the other day with a fairly high repair & replacement price. Luckily, I quote online that this team offered a quite reasonable quote and the same day installation. They done a great job and explained the system till very detail. Thank you, Matthew, for your hard working today, and I suggest anyone needs hot water system solution give them a call.

We woke up to no hot water. Rang the number on the hot water service and got Matt. How lucky were we! He ordered the new one and was there that afternoon to install. Very tricky installation in a unit. Then I mentioned we had one in the kitchen and on inspection we found that was leaking badly so Matt ordered one for there. He had to cut out part of the kitchen cabinet to get it out. The new kitchen had been built around it. Next day he was back installing that one and fixing the tap for a lady two doors down. No complaints from Matt as to how difficult a job this has been. He is warm and friendly and strong and smart. We could not have got a better person to do this. He is a plumber, electrician and gas fitter! Great service. Thank you Matt.

Matt installed our new heat pump hot water system back in May after the old system blew.The upfront cost was a little more than what we were wanting to pay but BOY did we see a huge difference in our electricity bill!! System is surprisingly quiet and great quality.Matt was really friendly and he was more than happy to answer any questions we had. He was a super efficient getting the install done and left no mess behind which is always appreciated!

Quotation and subsequent installation was extremely quick following my initial query with a great explanation as to why they were recommending a certain system for our house and usage history.Matt was very quick and efficient and left the work area spotless when he was done.A couple days after installation we ran into an issue with the system not getting power (Energex issue, not the installation) but I again got Matt on phone and he correctly identified the issue within 30 seconds and gave me the right information to get it sorted even though it was nothing to do with the system itself (just that extra depth of knowledge and awareness).All round excellent experience with Matt and the team.

When our hot water system played up for the 4th time in a few years we were reluctant to replace it due to cost - but it is the best thing we ever did. Matt from Speedy Hot Water was at our place on time with our new Evoheat 270lt (within 24 hours of our first contact - which is what you want when its winter and you have zero hot water). Matt had no issues with the extra work needed to ensure the system was installed correctly and spent the time to show us how it all worked. Not only did it increase the temperature of our hot water it also increased the pressure - we didn't know how good we could have it !!! 100% happy with our decision to replace rather than try yet again to repair ..

I cannot recommend Speedy Hot Water Services highly enough. I had an emergency situation with an old indoor system that began leaking. John popped out in the morning and provided a quick and more that reasonable quote to remove the old system and install a system (EvoHeat 270) outside. Matthew called in the afternoon and worked until after 7:00pm to install. I felt so bad, as the job was tougher than first thought (double brick exterior), but am incredibly grateful I called Speedy.Both Matt and John were incredibly professional, were able to answer any questions I had, and went above and beyond to help.

Matt came out to supply and install an EVO270 Hot Water System. He did a great job, was friendly and explained how the system works. He even did some extra plumbing that wasn't part of the job for no extra cost. I would definitely recommend him and will use him again if required.

Matt and Tanya gave very prompt and efficient service re installation of Evo Heat hot water heater. Evo Heat Pump heater has been excellent. Thought we had a problem with the heater though and after talking with technical support was referred to Matt at Speedy. The problem was not the heater and it was resolved after following Matt’s advice over the phone. Much appreciated Matt.

Matt and John went above and beyond installing my hot water systems. I ordered an EvoHeat 150 HWS to replace an old leaking electric unit. The very day Matt turned up to install it, my other HWS system died. Instead of just completing the first system as arranged, he organised for a 2nd unit to be delivered within hours. He completed the first install and then with John, completed the 2nd install all on the same day, working until 6:45pm. The new units look great and I'm looking forward to saving money off my power bills with the new heat pump units.

Recently I had a EVO270-1 Heating Hot Water heat pump installed by Speedy Hot Water. I had a call from John and price at 7pm the previous night and the install was completed the next afternoon. As soon as I met the installers Rob and Tania, I just knew I was going to have a sensational experience, both of them were courteous and friendly and throughout the full installation respectfully asked for my preferences for the installation. They both went that extra mile to ensure top customer service and it worked, well done 😊 you were both incredibly professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I would most definitely come back in the future to Speedy Hot Water and would be sure to request Rob and Tania to be the specialist install team.I had a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this business and Rob and Tania to others. Absolute 5 star service from “Speedy Hot Water” John was very professional, my existing heat pump system was 11years old and was definitely on the way out, called Speedy Hot Water yesterday and arranged installation for a brand new “ EvoHeat 270-1” today “Anzac Day” can’t recommend highly enough.
