Second time using Speedy Hot Water. Matt is great at being prompt, keeping you updated and giving the right advice. We have had two hot water systems installed by them. First one died due to a Gecko on the board frying the motor / electronics and on a Sunday I called them at 9am. Matt fit us in after two earlier jobs and by 5pm he had replaced the system with a 270-E. Will definitely be a repeat customer and recommending them to others. Thanks Matt!

We recently had an EvoHeat EVO270-E installed by Matt from Speedy Hot Water, and the entire experience was excellent.Matt was able to complete the installation on the same day, which was a huge help. He was efficient, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. It was clear that he understood the EVO270-E very well and was able to answer all of our questions, explain the system’s operation, and ensure everything was set up correctly.The EVO270-E itself has been fantastic. It operates quietly, provides plenty of hot water, and gives us confidence that we’re reducing our electricity consumption compared with a conventional electric hot water system. I called Speedy Hot Water Services as my 12-year-old hot water heater died over the weekend that was originally supplied by Speedy (I am a return customer). I spoke to them at around 9am and by 10:15am Matt was here with great advice, a very nice new hot water heater and because it is an old property and the regulations have changed, he took the time to explain that we needed to move the system outside. It was all done very professionally and with good humour (always important hehe).I now have an awesome hot water system outside looking very neat, and all this extra space inside the laundry.Thank you so much Matt (and James)!!

Matt came out and installed an Evo + wifi upgrade for us after i figured out our old "dumb" hot water system was draining the majority of our house battery within just a few hours of operation each evening. This new one can be scheduled through an app to stop drawing power entirely during peak hours and just generally uses a fraction of the power our old system was using. Instantly our daily hot water energy consumption has been cut by 90% and we have more hot water to show for it. On our energy app which shows real yime household energy consumption, our old system would shoot upr to 7+ KW h as soon as someone turned on a tap. This one I cant even see a change.And as a bonus, because this is a smart system, I can just set it to boost mode on my phone if we want to absolutely abuse the hot water for an evening with visitors all having hot showers, baths for the kids or whatever I feel like.But long story short, more efficient, smart hot water system = way lower power bills and if you get Matt out, he'll have it installed quick smart with no dramas.Cheers

Woke up to hot water tank leaking lots of hot water on to garage floor. Rang two so called "local" plumbers who were unable to help. Just had John and Matt from Speedy install a EvoHeat 270 to replace our 35 year old gas unit. Excellent service and a top quality install from two profesional tradies. Matt the sparky got the optional wifi link going with me and advised me on the best default settings for the heat pump based on my solar setup. I highly recomend Speedy if you are looking for a quality heat pump install.

I needed an old hot water system removed from my roof. The two Matthews were punctual, polite and efficient. The job was done in an hour even though it was found that someone had mistakenly connected hot and cold services to the cold water supply. There was minimal fuss and mess in the removal. Speedy Hot Water Services is exactly that and more. We had recently moved into our new home when everything started to go south, the pool pump, the pontoon carpet and then told the gangway was needing urgent attention, $$$$$.Then, yep the Solar hot water tank was leaking resulting in cold water. Being new to the area and already experienced being ripped off on other services, I became somewhat nervous as to who to call.I called some local plumbers resulting in various excuses and exorbitant costs to put a new ground service in and do away with the Solarhart. Things were looking doubtful and still cold showers with a house full of visitors.So, I tried 1 more place, Speedy Hot Water Services and that's exactly what they were ! I first spoke to John, a lovely Scottish fella who then put one of his guys on the job. Shortly after I received a call from Matt saying he would be there in about 15 mins to quote and check the problem.Matt did not disappoint, he was very skilled both with knowledge and installation.He certainly was up with the latest technology of systems and the most economical.Matt was thorough in his work and went above and beyond his job description.He explained how best to use the unit, we ended up getting the best system on the market, an Evo 270-1The job was Speedy, professional and value for money, the service was second to none. This company is fabulous. They were able to quote on replacement hot water system via email. All we had to do was provide a few photos. All other companies would not quote and some some companies even demanded a service payment before even arriving onsite. Refreshing to see such an honest company. This company arrived on a Sunday afternoon to replace our old system. Highly professional and our service person provided appropriate advice to solve any issues. They arrived on time and within 2 hours we had a new system that we could afford. We thank them for giving up their Sunday so that we could have hot water after 2 days without.The job was professional and all rubbish was removed. Excellent service. Quote was not varied so we knew before they commenced work what the costs would be. Thank you for a job well done!

Honestly, this Company stands out from the the rest! I called several Hot Water and Plumbing Companies and they either couldn't quote without coming out at a Fee which needed to be paid whether you accept the quote or not!..Or, they quote was based on a "but if" or "there maybe" then there is extra charges!..Well, feeling exhausted and overwhelmed I rang Speedy and spoke to John who merely asked for a photo then came to take a look and gave me a solid price with the options if I wanted and that was it!. No fuss No Call Out Fee, No Pressure.Within 30mins after he left it called him to book in the new hot water system.Within 24 hrs I had a new hot water system installed by Matt who might I say was AMAZING!! He was patient he was thorough and he was honest and explained to me the difference in the unit I chose opposed to what is currently the most efficient and economical System on the market, which I want with.Matt's installion was TOP quality from start to finish despite having problems with his foot!He soldiered on and left my place clean and tidy and giving me heaps of tips on how to save on power bills and also how to get more pressure from my TAPs - Thank you Matt you are a true gem in your line of work!

Exceptional Service. We called Speedy Hot Water after our old system died at about noon. Matt answered our call and said he would be with us in an hour which he was, and within a few hours he had removed our old system, fitted a new Eco 270-1 heat pump, and we had hot water again. Matt took time to explain the new system, and I cannot find fault with his work, or his helpfulness and knowledge. (PS. He does like a cup of green tea whist working.)
